At lululemon sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Incorrect Items (Free Returns)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders.lunasports@zohomail.com

In these cases, we will provide a Free Return Shipping Label and resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or error (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered):

A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Free return labels are NOT provided for change of mind returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
